About the Artist

Betty discovered her love of painting in 2006 and since then has worked enthusiastically to make up for lost time. When she discovered nonobjective art around 2009, she realized that this was her niche and has devoted herself to this art form ever since. She has been accepted into many juried art shows in the Toronto and Eastern Ontario region and has received many kudos for her work. Recently she won Best in Show at the Uxbridge juried Show “Celebration of the Arts” as well as earning a place in the prestigious Annual Juried Show at the Arts and Letters Club of Toronto.
